Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the EntryBit platform (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
EntryBit provides a cloud-managed access-control platform including controllers, firmware, dashboards, APIs, and integrations.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not: (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) circumvent security controls, (c) use the Service to violate any law, (d) interfere with other customers’ use, (e) upload malware or infringing content.
5. Intellectual Property
EntryBit retains all rights to the Service, including software, firmware, documentation, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your customer data.
6. Customer Data
You grant EntryBit a limited license to process customer data solely to deliver the Service. Processing terms are governed by our DPA.
7. Fees & Billing
Fees are invoiced according to your subscription plan. Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYBIT’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EntryBit against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data is exported or deleted per the DPA.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes.
