Answers

What is EntryBit?

EntryBit is a cloud-managed enterprise access control platform that unifies doors, controllers, credentials, visitors, integrations and analytics in one product.

Do I need special hardware?

No. EntryBit works with most common controllers (Wiegand, OSDP, Aperio). We also ship our own certified hardware for new deployments — it is optional, not required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required, on every plan. You get full access to all Business-tier features during the trial.

How is my data protected?

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-tenant encryption keys via AWS KMS, and tamper-evident audit logging. See our Security page for the full architecture.

Can I self-host?

Yes. Enterprise customers can deploy on-prem or in their own VPC with the same managed control plane. We also offer an air-gapped deployment for regulated environments.

Which integrations are supported?

Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Teams, Calendar, SendGrid, Twilio, SCIM 2.0, webhooks and a full REST API. See /integrations for the full list of 40+ integrations.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Controllers cache permissions locally and continue granting access for authorized users until connectivity is restored. All events are queued and synced when the link comes back.

How do I get support?

Email support@entrybit.net or open a ticket from your dashboard. Business plans include priority (4-hour response), Enterprise includes 24/7 phone support with named CSM.

Do you offer SLAs?

Yes — 99.9% on Business and 99.99% on Enterprise plans, with service credits for breaches documented in your MSA.

How is pricing calculated?

Per site, with included doors and users. No per-user charges. See /pricing for the full breakdown including annual discounts.
