Access control system. Smart control. From anywhere.

One cloud system that gives you a complete picture and full control of access across your organization — from the office, from home, or anywhere you choose.

Everyday intelligence

EntryBit AI

Answers from your real access logs, not dashboards. Ask in plain English, get reasoned reports with every event cited.

Hardware

From the drawing to the door.

Every reader, controller and camera starts as a line on a floor plan. We ship it pre-configured and labelled per door — so the install is a morning, not a project.

An EntryBit dome camera, shown first as a line drawing and then as the finished unit.

Enterprise integrations

Plug into the stack you already run.

Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Azure, Google Calendar — plus webhooks and a fully documented REST API. No glue code. No middleware. No “professional services” line item.

Frequently asked questions.

What is EntryBit and who is it for?

EntryBit is a cloud-based access-control platform for managing entries and exits. Set access permissions per door, monitor entry events in real time and manage everything from one interface — on desktop or phone. Built for offices, factories, warehouses, schools, logistics centers, residential buildings and commercial complexes. Supports access cards, PIN codes and license-plate recognition.

How many doors can I manage?

As many as you need. Every managed door is an access point: a reader at the door identifies the user, and the readers connect to an EntryBit controller. Controllers come in different sizes — one-door, two-door and four-door — picked by how many doors you run. Add doors at any stage; every door is managed from the same interface. Supports the Wiegand and OSDP protocols.

What is the advantage of cloud over an on-premise system?

Software and security updates happen remotely and automatically, and your data is backed up continuously. The management interface is reachable from anywhere — the office, home or abroad — and adding users or changing permissions happens right in the interface, with no site visit needed. Centralized management, from any device, at any time.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is annual, by door count — one-door, two-door and four-plus-door plans. Full details on the pricing page. Running 5 doors or more? Talk to us for a tailored quote.

How are permissions managed?

Define access rights per door, user, time window and weekday, plus separate admin levels for different roles — each authorized person sees and manages only the data relevant to them. The platform supports remote door release, alerts on unusual events and a full entry-history view — complete control, in real time, from anywhere.

What happens if the internet connection goes down?

Entries keep working as usual. Every controller stores the authorized-users list locally, so badge holders keep getting in even with no network. When connectivity returns, the entry history syncs back to the cloud automatically.

How is the data protected?

EntryBit applies layered security measures: data encryption, role-based access control, strict authentication for the management interface and real-time event monitoring. The platform implements the requirements of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13) and the data-security regulations. Full details in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

What does the subscription include?

Full platform access — including every security and software update at no extra cost. Continuous automatic backup of all your data, stored securely in the cloud. Technical support for any issue or question. And full data export at any time in standard formats — entry records, user lists and more.
